Revolutionary modular cabin structure
Dambach high-lift trucks are offered with many different cabin dimensions in order to meet customer requirements – in fact making every truck a custom-made series 0 product. The modular cabin structure and optimized product range proposed by quickpartners+ solved production problems that had previously caused frequent delivery delays.
A high-lift commission truck has to ensure operating personnel are able to work free of fatigue within a very limited space. quickpartners+ tested all common working situations using both computer simulations and real scale models so as to optimize the position and the design of all components and controls.
User-oriented product features
Design-driven functional innovations can make the all-important difference to the success of a product. In this specific case, quickpartners+ introduced a new, cost-efficient door mechanism for effortless operation and new cinematics for the engine cover that improved accessibility to the battery in narrow aisles – unique selling propositions that really do make a difference.
